BHS has started a program for Employee of the Quarter called “Boyd’s Best”. Employees and patients are encouraged to nominate one of our staff for this award if it’s felt someone has gone above and beyond their job, or has shown extra care in a time of need. If any staff at BHS has made your day a little easier and brighter in any way, they’re deserving of a Boyd’s Best nomination!

Our first Boyd’s Best award winner was a tie between Forrest Finch and Thom Groff for their quick action to assist an employee during a non medical event. Their swift action prevented the fellow employee from harm, and for that, we’re proud and grateful! Congratulations Thom and Forrest!
