Head of Medical Staff

Dr. Mapue began his career with Boyd Healthcare Services in 1999 as a family general practice Physician who sees patients in the Boyd Filager Health Clinic and Thomas H Boyd Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Dr. Mohammed Ali

Dr. Ali began his career with Boyd Healthcare Services in 2012 as a family general practice Physician who sees patients in the Thomas H Boyd Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Dr. Gultasib Gill

Dr. Gill came to Boyd Healthcare Services in 2014 as a graduate of AYUB Medical College and following a residency/internship with SIU-Springfield. His primary specialty is family care and he sees patients in our Carrollton Rural Health Clinic, as well as the Emergency Room at Thomas H Boyd Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Malcolm Schulz

Dr. Schulz is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in trauma and critical care. He began his affiliation with Boyd Healthcare Services in 2015, and he currently sees patients in the Thomas H. Boyd Hospital Emergency Room.

Dr. Gulam Siddiqi began his career with Boyd Healthcare Services in 2012 as a family general practice Physician who sees patients in the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic and Thomas H Boyd Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Keli Stewart
Family Nurse Practitioner

Keli Stewart began her nursing career in 2000. She received her Bachelor's of Nursing degree from McKendree College and holds a Master's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner through Ball State (Indiana); she sees patients at the Boyd Fillager Rural Health Clinic in Greenfield, as well as the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic.

Melissa Kulp
Family Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Kulp grew up in Jerseyville and is a 1997 graduate of Jersey Community High School. Following high school she joined the army, started a family, and found her true calling to be in healthcare. She began her medical career in 2005 with an Associate's of Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College, and later earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Southern Illinois University--Edwardsville (SIUE). After working as an Emergency Room nurse for 10 years, Melissa completed her advanced degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner through SIUE in 2014. She is very happy to be working and serving patients in an area where she has lived most of her life; she currently sees patients in the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic.

Rosemary Staten
Family Nurse Practitioner

Rosemary has a long unique nursing career starting in 1984 graduating from Capital Area School of Practical Nursing and working in geriatrics and home pediatric care; then graduating from Lincoln Land Community College in 1995 with an Associate degree in nursing. She then worked primarily as a Public Health RN and home health RN until gaining her Bachelor's of Science Nursing degree from McKendree University in 2008. She then enrolled in Frontier Nursing University, graduating in 2011 with a Master's Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked primarily in family practice, joining Boyd Healthcare Services in January 2015. She also has practice focuses in women's health, wound care, and trigger point/joint injections for pain management. She is available for appointments in the White Hall and Roodhouse clinics.

Tiffany Elliott
Family Nurse Practitioner

Tiffany began her nursing career in 2009 after graduating from Lewis and Clark Community College. She was hired at Boyd Healthcare Services in 2014 on the Inpatient floor. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in 2015 from Chamberlain College of Nursing, she returned to Boyd Healthcare Services as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic.
